Abhi-Shakes for free !!

Gone are the days when one used to send cards and flowers to their friends. now days in Bollywood actor simply do cameos and item numbers for free to show there support and love for friends. Abhishek Bachchan recently did a item number free of cost for Apoorva Lakhia’s Mission Istaanbul. I don’t buy all this “for the sake of friendship I will do it for free”. At the end of the day it’s still a business and all business are ALL ABOUT THE MONEY (none more so than the film industry.) Makes one wonder then why, he did in fact, do it for free. I think Abhishek probably knew that this movie would tank in the box office and figured since they are already going to make a loss, might as well cut then some slack. Or maybe he saw his own performance and decided that he deserved no money what so ever for what he did. Or better yet, maybe dancing next to hottie Pia Trivedi was payment enough for him. Whatever the reason is, I still don’t see why a moive about four reporters needs to have a item number!!!!

P.S: Why the f*$k is it pronounced ‘Meeeshaan Eeestaanboool‘?
