Look Who's Smoking

Aamir Khan never ceases to amaze me. I’ve always held him in the highest regard till he decided to launch his lukha nephew Imraan. The side of him we’re seeing is nothing short of ugly (and I mean it literally …what’s with the returned from war look?! I seriously think his hairstylist has to stop putting in those stupid lines for him no matter how much he begs or pays.)

First he chooses to release his movie on the 4th of July just to be difficult, since well Harry Baweja is releasing beta Harman’s debut on the same day. Second, he has to be bigger and better so he’s going all out for the premiere and has invited every single A lister. Doesn’t he know that you have to go to other people’s premieres in order for them to want to come to yours. Third, he’s being exremely immature and playing tit-for-tat as Priyanka and Harman were on SRK’s Paanchvi Pass Se Tez so he and Imraan went on Dus ka Dum.

And finally the most disturbing underhanded thing he’s done till now… he’s using his blog to guilt people into going for Jaane tu ya jaane na. This time it is about his smoking habits.The ace actor in his latest blog has admitted to started smoking and has blamed the stress he’s going through.(because of the movie release, duh!)
He says in the blog.”I know you guys are going to kick the shit out of me, my family is already doing that”.
Apparently he’s going through stress due to the nearing of the release date. This has got him chewing his nails.
He further admits that he doesn’t smoke in front of his kids, and also did not post any blogs lately as he didn’t know how to face his fans.(Awww…) However, he promises to quit once the film releases and wont touch it then. Any reason to talk about that movie of his.
Lets hope Aamir gets through this tough smokey phase and starts to play fair when it comes to promoting films.
